Career at CAPA​

We are seeking passionate flight instructors to join our dynamic team at Center Air Pilot Academy. As a flight instructor with us, you will be responsible for training and guiding our students through their flight training.

As a flight instructor here, you will have the opportunity for personal and professional development in an exciting and ever-changing work environment!

Qualifications:

• Valid pilot certificate (CPL, ATPL)
• Flight Instructor (FI(A)) certificate is required
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
• Focus on safety and adherence to rules and procedures

To become a flight instructor, you must have a valid FI certificate. If you don’t have one, you can take an FI course here at the school (typically offered every winter). However, no certificate is required to teach theory, but naturally, your competencies must be in place.
