How to become a pilot for Jettime
CAPA’s partnership with Jettime provides pilot students with a unique opportunity for a strong start to their careers. Jettime offers a direct path from education to employment with tailored training and a Type Rating on the Boeing 737. As a specialist in charter flights, Jettime stands out from traditional airlines by offering pilots an exciting and varied daily routine with changing destinations and tasks that both challenge and develop strong skills in pilots.
Admission requirements
01
To be hired as a pilot by Jettime, you must pass an entrance test at CAPA and then successfully complete the integrated pilot training program. After completing the program and passing the APS MCC course, Jettime will offer you a job interview. During this interview, your skills and performance throughout the training, as well as your potential as a future pilot at Jettime, will be assessed.
02
All students follow the same integrated pilot program initially, which combines theoretical studies and practical flying. The training concludes with the APS MCC course, which stands for “Airline Pilot Standard - Multi-Crew Cooperation Course.” This course takes place in our Boeing 737 simulator and focuses on learning to collaborate effectively during flight operations. After completing the APS MCC course, Jettime will evaluate your results and offer an interview to assess your performance and suitability. If you succeed in the interview and test, you can join Jettime as a first officer.
03
After being accepted by Jettime, your training continues with a Type Rating on the Boeing 737. Both the Type Rating and your subsequent training are conducted according to Jettime’s standards and procedures. Once you have completed the Type Rating and your training with Jettime, you will begin your role as a first officer on the Boeing 737, flying passengers to various destinations around the world.
